This is an old project for KDE, but it has not received any update since 2003!
A user probably wouldn't be able to install it on a recent system with the new KDE4 libs.

The only reason it's worth mentioning is for developers: it is after all free (libre) software. An interested developer could have a look to see if the code base is worth salvaging to create a new KDE4 release.
