different word wrap for quoted text.

in kmail settings > composer > general, there is a "word wrap at column" setting.

It'b be nice to have two settings: one for the text we add, and one for the quoted text we reply to.
What often happens is that the additional "> > >" add length to each line, and the quoted text is then wrapped with different quoting levels, which is fugly!

Thus, it'd be useful for quoted text to be wrapped at a longer length.
Or: don't wrap quoted text at all! Let's consider it's already wrapped enough!
Or even better, if possible at all, consider each paragraph of quoted text as a whole, and re-compose and re-wrap as necessary, so that the indent level is consistent and the length of each line more or less equal.
