How to ask for help
This is a wiki page. Be bold and improve it!
If you have any questions about the content on this page, don't hesitate to open a new ticket and we'll do our best to assist you.
This web site is designed to ensure that every question gets answered. If you have a question or experience a problem, we take that as a hint that the documentation is lacking or the software non-intuitive or faulty. Thus, we use your enquiries as an opportunity both to help you and to improve the documentation and the software.
For these reasons, you are very welcome to ask for help.
How to ask for help?
The best way is to browse the wiki documentation into the section you would expect to find the answer to your question. If you cannot find the answer there, then follow the "create a ticket" link you can find at the bottom of each wiki page. Forum moderators and active community members will be alerted and will do their best to assist you, and together we can then improve the documentation accordingly.
Alternatively, but less ideally, simply click on the "TICKETS" link at the top of any page. From there you can create a new ticket by following the link "Create a new issue".
