wget: emulate javascript

I asked a long time ago how to use wget to emulate javascript event, like an onClick() event that fires a AHAH or AJAX request.
The idea was to get the AHAH addition back from the server using wget.

I know we can set the headers and the cookie when doing a request, but I never got it to work.

It'd be nice to have a tutorial on how to achieve javascript requests using wget.
