The ibus documentation should be embedded

The ibus documentation should be embedded within the application.

A regular user wouldn't know that they need to go to the official web site, for example, to learn about how to use chewing: http://code.google.com/p/ibus/wiki/ChewingUserGuide

The documentation should be in two languages: both in the language targeted by the input method (e.g. Chinese for ibus-chewing), and in the user's local language (locale) (e.g. a foreigner learning to input Chinese with chewing might not (yet) fully understand Chinese!
