What is the opposite of maximize?

When we click on the 'maximize window' button, it toggles the window state between maximize and normal state.

In the KDE systemsettings shortcut settings page, there is a shortcut for "maximize window". It actually took me a long while to realize that this was actually a "toggle window maximize" state button, so it probably should be relabelled as such.

No tooltip on hover on min/maximise/close buttons

As a usability feature, I'd like to have a tooltip appearing when hovering on minimize/maximize/close window buttons.
The tooltip would display the shortcuts affected to those buttons, as well as the ALT/CTRL modifiers, and a link to where the behaviour of the button can be changed.
