Key bindings shortcuts are defined a bit everywhere in KDE system settings.
There is no single place where we can search for specific keybindings.
I am currently working on this article: http://overshoot.tv/wiki/blender/key_bindings_conflicts_between_blender_...
and it is not obvious where specific key bindings are set.
Within blender, we can easily filter input by key-bindings, seeing everywhere where, e.g. ctrl + tab is being used.
Something similar would be handy for KDE.
The closest appears to be in system settings > common appearance and behaviour > shortcut and gestures.
The tab "standard keyboard shortcuts" is partly what I am requesting above: we can filter by key binding. However it does not list all the bindings set elsewhere in the system (and for each KDE application).
