subtitleeditor: wrong file name in window header

When you open a file, the file name is displayed in the window header. When you do "save as" to save under another file name and another format, the file name in the header does not change, leading one to believe that further edits and saves will be done in the original file. (This way, I lost some work because it was not being saved in the way I assumed it would be.
